1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the SareeLadies mobile application (the "App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

SareeLadies is a marketplace platform that enables users to buy, sell, and rent ethnic wear including sarees, churidhars, lehengas, and other traditional garments. We provide the platform for transactions but are not a party to any transaction between users.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the App. By using the App, you represent that you are at least 13 years of age. If you are under 18, you must have parental or guardian consent to use the App.

4. User Accounts

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account.
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

5. Listing and Selling

• You must have the legal right to sell or rent any item you list.
• Listings must accurately describe the item, including its condition, fabric, and any defects.
• Photos must be of the actual item being listed.
• Pricing must be clearly stated in the supported currency.
• You are responsible for fulfilling transactions and communicating with buyers.

6. Buying and Renting

• All transactions are between the buyer and seller. SareeLadies is not responsible for the quality, safety, or legality of items listed.
• You are responsible for reviewing listings carefully before making a purchase or rental agreement.
• Payment terms and methods are arranged between buyers and sellers.

7. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• List counterfeit, stolen, or prohibited items
• Misrepresent the condition or authenticity of items
• Harass, abuse, or threaten other users
• Use the App for any illegal purpose
• Create multiple accounts or impersonate others
• Interfere with the proper functioning of the App
• Scrape, copy, or redistribute content from the App
• Post spam, unsolicited advertisements, or deceptive content

8. Content and Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of content you post (photos, descriptions, etc.). By posting content, you grant SareeLadies a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your content within the App for the purpose of operating the service.

9. Account Suspension and Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or receive multiple reports from other users. You may delete your account at any time through the App's settings.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as-is" and "as-available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. We are not responsible for any transactions between users.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SareeLadies shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App or any transactions conducted through the App.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms within the App. Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
