Account

How do I create an account?

Download the SareeLadies app from the App Store or Google Play. You can sign up with your email address or use your Google or Apple account for quick registration.

How do I reset my password?

On the sign-in screen, tap "Forgot Password?" and enter your email address. We'll send you a link to reset your password.

How do I delete my account?

Go to Settings in the app, scroll down, and tap "Delete Account." This will permanently remove your account, listings, and all associated data. This action cannot be undone.

Selling

How do I list an item for sale?

Tap the "+" button at the bottom of the screen. Choose a category, add photos, fill in the details (title, description, condition, price), and publish your listing. You can also save it as a draft and publish later.

How many photos can I add?

You can add up to 8 photos per listing. We recommend including photos of the front, back, close-up details, and any tags or labels.

Can I edit my listing after publishing?

Yes! Go to your listing and tap the edit button. You can update photos, description, price, and all other details at any time.

How do I mark an item as sold?

Go to your listing, tap the options menu, and select "Mark as Sold." This will remove it from the active marketplace.

Buying and Renting

How do I contact a seller?

On any listing, tap the "Chat" or "Make Offer" button to start a conversation with the seller. You can ask questions, negotiate, and arrange the transaction through in-app messaging.

How do rentals work?

Some listings are available for rent. The listing will show the rental price and period. Contact the seller to discuss terms, deposit, and pick-up/return arrangements.

How are payments handled?

SareeLadies is a marketplace that connects buyers and sellers. Payment is arranged directly between you and the other party. We recommend meeting in person at a safe, public location for exchanges.

Safety

How do I report a listing or user?

Tap the report button (flag icon) on any listing or user profile. Choose the reason for your report and our team will review it promptly.

Tips for safe transactions

Meet in a well-lit, public place. Bring a friend if possible. Inspect items before completing the transaction. Keep all communication within the app. Never share bank details or personal information.

Technical

The app isn't loading properly

Try closing and reopening the app. Make sure you have a stable internet connection. If the problem persists, try uninstalling and reinstalling the app from the App Store or Google Play.

I'm not receiving notifications

Make sure notifications are enabled for SareeLadies in your device's Settings app. Also check that notifications are turned on within the app under Settings.

Speech-to-text isn't working

Make sure you've granted microphone and speech recognition permissions to SareeLadies. Go to your device's Settings > SareeLadies and ensure both permissions are enabled.
